Paul Wray brings over 15 years of experience in securing funding for Yorkshire’s third sector.
From small "Friends of" community groups in Leeds to major regional charities with turnovers exceeding £500k, Paul has successfully navigated the complex world of bid writing and fundraising.
The Insider Advantage Uniquely, Paul also brings eight years of experience sitting on the other side of the table. Serving on grant approval panels, he has seen the good, the bad, and the "downright ugly." He knows exactly why applications fail—often due to simple compliance mistakes that cost groups vital funding.
Paul founded this consultancy out of frustration. He saw too many local non-profits being priced out by national agencies charging "London rates" for generic, copy-paste templates.
